A micropile is a little-diameter (typically less than 12 inches), drilled and grouted substitution pile that usually is reinforced. A micropile is constructed by drilling a borehole, positioning reinforcement, and grouting the outlet. Micropiles can stand up to axial and/or lateral hundreds, and cou
